
This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage in the recruitment process, focusing on intern hiring, employer branding, and content creation. You will support the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to data-driven recruitment strategies while enhancing candidate experiences.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain valuable insights into the recruitment process within a global organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Talent Acquisition team with various recruitment activities, such as preparing offer letters, coordinating background screenings, and managing onboarding processes. Additionally, you will take charge of intern recruitment across all business functions, collaborate on employer branding initiatives, and create engaging content to enhance our hiring efforts. You will also maintain recruitment reports to facilitate data-driven decisions.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
