Join Swerve Sdn Bhd as an I.D. Quantity Surveyor, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial aspects of our interior design and construction projects. You will collaborate closely with designers and project teams to ensure accurate costing and efficient execution of various projects, ranging from property sales galleries to corporate offices and private residences.
Job Requirements
2–4 years' experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Construction, or a related field
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Proficient in numbers, calculations, and cost analysis
Ability to produce complete and accurate costing and contract documents
Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Collaborative team player
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is a bonus!)
Willingness to work in Petaling Jaya
