The Individual Claims Management Analyst is responsible for determining the validity and authorizing the settlement of individual health insurance claims. This role involves assessing claims, providing recommendations, and liaising with solicitors or third parties to ensure high service standards and protect the company's interests.

As an Individual Claims Management Analyst, you will engage in daily assessments of health insurance claims, ensuring timely processing and high-quality service. You will work in a collaborative environment, interacting with various stakeholders to resolve inquiries and facilitate investigations.
