Job Description
As an Individual Claims Management Analyst, you will be responsible for determining the validity and authorizing the settlement of individual health insurance claims. Your role involves assessing and settling claims for policies in force, providing recommendations and guidelines, and liaising with solicitors or third parties during investigations. You will ensure all claim documents are processed timely while addressing inquiries to maintain high service standards and protect AIA's interests.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in health insurance claims assessment or settlement.
Strong analytical skills to determine the validity of claims.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with solicitors and third parties.
Ability to provide clear recommendations and guidelines for claims.
Highly organized with the ability to process documents accurately and timely.
