
The Inhouse Service Installer plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless internet installations for customers. This position combines technical skills with customer service, requiring effective communication and problem-solving abilities to enhance customer satisfaction.
As an Inhouse Service Installer, you will be responsible for end-to-end internet installations in residential locations. This role requires basic knowledge of fibre networks for new installations, troubleshooting, and repairing existing setups. You will also engage with customers to ensure a smooth installation experience and promote company products during visits.
Possess own transport and able to travel within Kuala Lumpur / Selangor
Possess at least Diploma in Information Technology (IT)/ equivalent field
At least 1 year experience in installing Fibre Installation works/ hardware and software
Experience in installing CCTV/ network
IT certificates are an added advantage
Available to support urgent business activities after hours and on weekends
Strong customer relationship skills
