Role Summary
The Inhouse Service Installer is responsible for end-to-end internet installations in residential locations. This role involves engaging with customers to ensure a smooth installation experience while promoting company products.
Job Description
As an Inhouse Service Installer, you will perform internet installations, troubleshoot issues, and repair existing setups in residential areas. You will work closely with customers to provide excellent service and support during the installation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internet installations in residential locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing fibre network setups.
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive installation experience.
- Promote company products during installation visits.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.
- Support urgent business activities after hours and on weekends.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent field.
At least 1 year of experience in fibre installation works, hardware, and software.
Experience in installing CCTV and network systems.
IT certificates are an added advantage.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Possess own transport and able to travel within Kuala Lumpur/Selangor.
