As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via social media and WhatsApp. Your primary responsibility is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into confirmed site appointments. This role involves replying to messages promptly, qualifying customer needs, providing accurate information about services, and educating customers on grout solutions. You will build trust with customers, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team while maintaining records in Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficient in using social media platforms and WhatsApp
Ability to qualify customer needs effectively
Strong customer relationship management skills
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Ability to handle objections and questions confidently
Organized and detail-oriented for scheduling appointments
