Role Summary
The Intern, Client Solutions is responsible for providing implementation and administrative support to Sales Executives and Sales Managers. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the media and entertainment industry, working closely with various teams to support client needs and campaign execution.
Job Description
The internship involves day-to-day tasks that include client servicing support, attending meetings under supervision, and monitoring campaigns. Interns will also engage in reporting and other duties as assigned by Sales Managers or the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client servicing support to Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
- Attend meetings with supervision to understand client needs and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and report findings to the team.
- Assist in the implementation of advertising products and integrated solutions.
- Support event management and product sampling activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Conduct research and gather insights on media trends and client preferences.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Advertising, Commerce, Communications, or a relevant field.
Demonstrate experience or knowledge in customer service and/or media including TV, radio, online-digital, or social media management.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
