Job Description
This internship offers a dynamic work environment where the intern will engage in day-to-day activities such as User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing. The intern will also assist in maintaining documentation and supporting operational tasks related to system and financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support User Acceptance Testing for healthcare systems.
- Assist in Operational Readiness Testing activities.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on system enhancements.
- Maintain and update documentation related to healthcare systems.
- Assist in reporting and data analysis for operational tasks.
- Support financial workflows related to system operations.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of system testing and operational workflows is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
