Job Description
This internship offers practical exposure to system operations and enhancements within the Provider Management & Connected Care team at Prudential. The intern will support activities such as User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness Testing, Disaster Recovery, and documentation associated with healthcare systems like the HAS Portal, OCR, and e-billing platforms. The role includes collaboration with internal teams and vendors, assisting with reporting, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational tasks related to system and financial workflows.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of system testing and operational workflows is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
