Job Description
As a Testing Intern at AIA Digital+, you will support the day-to-day activities of the quality assurance team to gain practical knowledge of the insurance technology industry. You will be responsible for implementing test plans based on user requirements, researching new testing techniques such as automation and performance tools, and supporting SIT/UAT phases. You will collaborate with IT and business users to ensure all deliverables align with security, compliance, and design principles while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines.
Database experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Good understanding of software testing processes and methodologies.
Interest in researching automation, performance, and cloud testing tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business users.
Knowledge of the insurance business is a plus.
