The Intern, Testing is responsible for supporting the quality assurance team in their daily activities. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical knowledge in the insurance technology industry while collaborating with IT and business users.

As a Testing Intern at AIA Digital+, you will engage in various tasks that contribute to the quality assurance process. You will work closely with team members to implement test plans and explore new testing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of test plans based on user requirements.
• Research new testing techniques, including automation and performance tools.
• Assist in the System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Collaborate with IT and business users to ensure deliverables meet security and compliance standards.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the testing process.
• Document testing results and provide feedback for improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and progress.
