The Internship - Account Payable is responsible for supporting the financial operations of Roche Services & Solutions in the China region. Job Description
As an Intern – Accounts Payable, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, managing the full cycle of accounts payable documentation and processing invoices. You will work closely with stakeholders in the China region, ensuring effective communication and meticulous document handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable documentation.
- Validate and process invoices accurately.
- Support financial accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Mandarin.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or holding a Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
Strong interest in corporate finance and accounting.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a significant advantage.
Available for a minimum internship duration of six (6) months.
