The Internship Admin/Marketing is responsible for supporting the administrative and marketing functions of the company. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of stock management and marketing events.

Job Description

The intern will engage in daily activities that include maintaining stock lists and assisting with marketing logistics in a dynamic work environment. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating stock lists.
  • Track replenishment and returns from dealers or warehouses.
  • Prepare packing lists for shipments.
  • Fulfill stock and POSM requests for marketing events.
  • Repack stocks as needed.
  • Compile sales team lists and check stock and POSM counts.
  • Arrange parcel pick-ups and distribute POSM to dealers or sales representatives.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good communication skills.
