This Internship in Admin/Marketing involves supporting stock tracking, shipment organization, and sales events. The role provides practical experience in logistics and collaborative tasks.
The intern will assist in maintaining and updating stock lists, including tracking replenishment and returns from dealers or warehouses. Responsibilities include preparing packing lists for shipments, fulfilling stock and POSM requests for marketing events, repacking stocks, compiling sales team lists, checking stock and POSM counts, arranging parcel pick-ups, and distributing POSM to dealers or sales representatives. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Diploma or Degree in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills.
