Role Summary

This role is an internship position as an Assistant in Operations. The assistant supports the manager by handling operational tasks, organizing teams, assisting with hiring, and maintaining smooth office operations. The position provides practical experience in supporting management and operational functions.

Job Description

The role involves acting as the second-in-command to the manager and handling all their duties in their absence. The assistant manager supports the manager with operational issues, schedules meetings and team-building sessions, responds promptly to staff and stakeholder inquiries, provides customer service, maintains vendor relationships, manages recruitment and onboarding processes, handles inventory and office supplies, updates logs and order forms, and analyzes operations to suggest improvements to the manager.

Job Requirements

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

No specific education level required.

Preferably Assistant Manager specialized in Operations, Customer Services, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Handle daily operations, managing a team of logistics and delivery matters.

Ensure smooth operation for all incoming & outgoing orders.

Ability to lift stock.
