Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in various tasks that enhance your understanding of retail and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with the team at Hello Planet & Sasha, gaining practical experience in stock management, customer interaction, and online sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with stock tracking and inventory management.
- Support administrative tasks related to retail operations.
- Help manage the online Shopee store and optimize product listings.
- Participate in TikTok Live sessions to promote products.
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and support.
- Source products and assist in vendor communications.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
SPM, Diploma, Degree, or any educational background is acceptable.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Proficient in English and Malay; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Positive energy and openness to challenges.
Strong communication skills.
