Job Description
The role involves providing responsible and compassionate care for children, maintaining safety standards, and keeping an orderly and sanitary classroom. The caregiver will assist with tasks such as diaper changes, contact parents as needed, and coordinate with the resident doctor during scheduled visits.
Job Requirements
High school diploma, college degree is strongly preferred.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
Certification in early childcare or degree in childhood development preferred.
Minimum experience working in a professional childcare setting.
Exceptional patience and ability to remain calm at all times.
Excellent listening skills and an engaging demeanour.
Knowledge of childhood development.
Creativity, compassion, and professionalism are a must.
Fun and enthusiastic attitude.
Physically able to perform tasks, including sitting on the floor, bending, and standing.
Must be able to lift children weighing up to 30 lbs regularly.
