As a Company Secretary Intern at AMR Shah Alam Sdn Bhd, the intern will assist the company secretarial department with administrative and compliance tasks. The role includes supporting the preparation, organization, and maintenance of company documents and statutory files, ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulatory requirements, and providing general administrative support to the department.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a related field.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks under supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn new tasks.
Able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of professionalism.
Must possess own laptop for daily work use.
Able to start internship immediately or as required by the institution.
