Job Description

As a Company Secretary Intern at AMR Shah Alam Sdn Bhd, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve supporting the preparation and maintenance of company documents and statutory files. You will work closely with the team to ensure compliance and provide general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of company documents.
  • Maintain statutory files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the company secretarial department with administrative tasks.
  • Handle confidential documents responsibly and with discretion.
  • Follow instructions and complete tasks under supervision.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a related field.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proactive and responsible.

Must possess own laptop for daily work use.

Able to start internship immediately or as required by the institution.
