This role involves working with data by categorizing information, creating reports, analyzing marketing performance, and presenting insights. The position supports brands in making data-driven decisions through report creation and data analysis.
The role includes categorizing and processing data for various projects and business needs, building reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and monitoring digital marketing performance across business channels and social media. It also involves extracting data with proprietary tools, organizing and analyzing data to identify patterns, creating visual representations for client reports, designing reports following brand guidelines, assessing brand performance for business insights, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. Additional projects may be assigned by the company.
Currently studying in Data Analytics, Statistics, or relevant courses; preferably in Mass Communications or PR field.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is compulsory, competency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
Proficient in creating reports and performing analysis with MS Excel (Pivot Table) or any other visualizing and/or presentation tools, such as MS PowerPoint.
Possess an analytical mindset with passion to connect data and discover new area of knowledge.
Flexible with work arrangements and sociable, able to speak and present in front of small to medium groups.
Work well under pressure of tight deadlines and possess healthy self-confidence especially in demanding situations.
Able to maintain your own performance, both individually and as a member of a rigorous team, with and without supervision.
Willingness to learn and develop at all times.
