Job Requirements
Understand how to get attention in the first two seconds of a video.
Be comfortable working fast and iterating based on results.
Communicate in simple, short sentences.
Care about wellness, sleep, recovery, or human performance.
Be proactive and try better ways to tell the story.
Be available for regular calls and quick turnaround.
Be able to work independently.
Have basic video shooting skills using a phone.
Be able to quickly edit videos using CapCut, VN, nano banana, or similar tools.
Have light photo editing and text overlay skills.
Be comfortable being behind the camera or lightly on camera.
Have a good sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
