This internship role as an E-Commerce Administrator involves assisting customers through social media platforms and participating in marketing campaigns. The position offers learning opportunities in online sales and customer interaction.
The E-Commerce Administrator Intern will respond to customer inquiries on platforms like WhatsApp and TikTok, assist in order processing and after-sales support, and support daily operations of e-commerce platforms including product listing and promotion execution. The intern will also participate in marketing campaigns, help optimize website user flow, monitor sales performance and customer behavior, and conduct basic competitor research.
Background in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, E-commerce, or related fields.
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with basic data handling abilities.
Strong numerical sense, logical thinking, and attention to detail with a sense of responsibility.
Proactive, able to work independently, and enjoy team collaboration.
Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
