
The Internship E-Commerce Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of e-commerce platforms. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting in order processing, and contributing to marketing efforts to enhance the overall e-commerce experience.
As an E-Commerce Administrator Intern, you will engage with customers through platforms like WhatsApp and TikTok, assist in order processing, and provide after-sales support. You will also support daily operations, including product listing and promotional activities, while participating in marketing campaigns to optimize user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Background in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, E-commerce, or related fields.
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with basic data handling abilities.
Strong numerical sense and logical thinking.
Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
Proactive and able to work independently.
