Internship Event Coordinator / Marketing – YD SPACE SDN. BHD.

The Internship Event Coordinator / Marketing is responsible for planning, managing, and executing various events and marketing campaigns. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders and coordinating promotional strategies within the fitness and sports industry.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include planning and executing marketing events while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing team. You will work in a dynamic environment that focuses on the fitness and sports sector, requiring creativity and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, develop strategic campaigns, and execute marketing activities and events.
• Identify, reach out, build, and maintain good relationships with related parties such as organizations, event organizers, third-party personnel, agencies, media houses, and collaborative brands.
• Execute and lead campaigns, activities, and events according to the calendar and schedule.
• Monitor the development and activities of campaigns, activities, and events.
• Coordinate and implement various marketing and promotional strategies.
• Provide feedback on industry trends, competitor activities, and suggest potential athletes/influencers to enhance the brand's community scene.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team in planning campaigns, activities, and events.
• Be willing to travel locally and outstation with your own vehicle.
