Job Description
As an Event and Spatial Designer at DONCE Sdn Bhd, you will contribute to realizing artistic visions by translating ideas into tangible experiences. This position involves collaborating within a dynamic team to create atmospheric event designs that resonate with brand and client expectations.
Job Requirements
Develop landscape concepts and site plans that align with the event theme, brand identity, and client expectations.
Collaborate with event designers, florists, and production teams to integrate hardscape, softscape, lighting, and décor elements seamlessly.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure material selection, plant species, and installations meet design intent and budget.
Prepare detailed layout drawings indicating pathways, staging areas, plant placement, water features, and other design elements.
Ensure all landscape installations adhere to safety regulations and venue requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members and operational/logistics staff to complete all project requirements.
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, certification, or expertise in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience with a strong portfolio.
Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a meticulous eye for detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passionate about landscape styling and eager to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
