Job Description

As an intern in the Company Secretarial Department, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve assisting in the preparation and submission of statutory documents. You will work in a collaborative environment, gaining insights into corporate governance practices and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of statutory documents for submission to the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in document submissions.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance regulations is a plus.
