The Internship Influencer Marketing is responsible for supporting the team in brand account management and influencer marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to execute campaigns across multiple social media platforms, contributing to the overall marketing efforts of the company.
Job Description
The Influencer Marketing Intern will engage in day-to-day activities that include researching influencers, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring content delivery. The intern will work in a dynamic environment, contributing creative ideas and supporting the execution of both online and offline initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and shortlisting influencers for campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Prepare campaign briefs and guidelines for influencers.
- Monitor content delivery and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns on platforms like Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
- Support the execution of online-to-offline and cross-border initiatives.
- Compile campaign performance reports and analyze data for insights.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Passionate about digital marketing and social media, with an interest in influencer marketing.
Familiar with social media platforms, especially Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
A team player with a positive attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for XHS-related tasks).
