Role Summary

The Internship Intern, Sales Admin cum Designer is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team through design and administrative tasks. This role involves a dynamic work environment where creativity and organization are key to enhancing the company's branding and client engagement.

Job Description

The intern will engage in various design and administrative tasks, contributing to the creation of marketing materials and managing client communications. This position offers hands-on experience in a collaborative setting, allowing for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design festive postcards and greeting cards aligned with company branding.
  • Assist in content creation for Email Direct Mailers.
  • Create presentation slides for sales purposes.
  • Manage a Google Site for corporate clients.
  • Liaise with printing vendors and handle quotation requests.
  • Assist with product sampling and coordinate photography sessions.
  • Verify sales order data and maintain CRM records.
  • Communicate delivery details and support company events and projects.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Experience with Google Sites is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good time management and attention to detail.

Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks and work overtime if required.

Final semester students preferred.

Must be age 18 and above and a Malaysian citizen.
