Internship IT Intern (Education Technology & Systems Support) – ELS Group

The IT Intern is responsible for supporting education technology systems and digital platforms within an academic setting. This role involves collaborating with academic and IT teams to ensure smooth technological operations for students and teachers.

The IT Intern will engage in day-to-day activities that include managing Learning Management Systems and maintaining IT equipment in a dynamic educational environment. The intern will also assist with product testing and work closely with various teams to enhance the technological experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Learning Management Systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment to support educational activities.
• Assist with product testing to evaluate new educational technologies.
