Job Description
The Finance Manager role is fully remote and requires working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm HKT/SGT. The position entails managing daily accounting and bookkeeping for e-commerce sales, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with Singapore and Hong Kong accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping for e-commerce sales.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Process payments and ensure timely transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore and Hong Kong accounting standards.
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Job Requirements
Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification.
At least 3+ years of strong accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Experience in planning and managing budgets.
Bilingual: Native/strong Mandarin and excellent written & spoken English.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets.
