This is a full-time remote Finance Manager position at Morning Shine Limited focused on managing finances for a wellness brand. The role involves ensuring financial accuracy while collaborating with a global team.

Job Description

The Finance Manager role is fully remote and requires working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm HKT/SGT. The position entails managing daily accounting and bookkeeping for e-commerce sales, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, processing payments and ensuring compliance with Singapore and Hong Kong accounting standards, and supporting budgeting and financial forecasting. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.

Job Requirements

Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification.

At least 3+ years of strong accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Experience of planning and managing budgets.

Skill sets of strategic thinking.

Experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Bilingual: Native/strong Mandarin and excellent written & spoken English.
