The Internship Operational Intern will assist in daily store and warehouse operations, including coordination of team activities and inventory management. The role involves supporting various operational tasks and facilitating communication between departments.
The role involves supporting daily store and warehouse operations including monitoring activities, coordinating between various teams, tracking staff attendance and task assignments, and assisting in preparing operational reports. The position also supports inventory management by helping with stock processes, receiving, tagging, and maintaining stock arrangements in coordination with the Warehouse team. Additional responsibilities include assisting with retail floor operations, event launches, and store activities, ensuring compliance with operational SOPs, collecting and analyzing operational data, updating internal trackers, and facilitating communication between departments. The role supports event preparation, logistics, and execution, as well as handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Executive or Management.
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management or related field.
Strong coordination and organisational skills.
Fast learner and able to adapt to operational challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Sheets and basic reporting.
Good communication skills and able to work with multiple departments.
Willing to be hands-on and work on-ground when required.
