Key Responsibilities:
- Track orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Build and maintain fulfillment timelines to ensure schedules are met.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and production updates.
- Arrange logistics by booking deliveries and coordinating with couriers.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock or delays.
- Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
- Coordinate updates between internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Identify and resolve issues related to specifications, delays, or defects.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English.
