
The Internship Operations Intern at Unseen Matters is responsible for coordinating fulfillment processes, managing timelines, communicating with suppliers, arranging logistics, and performing quality checks to ensure efficient order delivery.
Fulfillment coordination: Track orders from confirmation → production → packing → delivery. Timeline planning: Build simple fulfillment timelines and follow up to keep things on schedule. Supplier & production follow-up: Communicate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, specs, and progress updates. Logistics arrangement: Book deliveries, coordinate couriers/transport, and ensure correct shipping details. Inventory support: Track stock levels for key items/materials and flag low stock or delays early. Quality checks: Do basic QC checks (quantity, print/engraving accuracy, finishing, packaging) before dispatch. Stakeholder coordination: Align updates between internal team, suppliers, and clients when timelines or requirements change. Issue handling: Identify problems early (wrong specs, delays, defects, missing items) and coordinate fixes quickly. Process support: Keep records (supplier lists, order trackers, delivery tracking, QC notes) and suggest small improvements.
Hybrid Work Arrangement
