The Internship Project Administrator Intern is responsible for coordinating documentation activities and providing administrative support to the Projects and Facilities team. This role involves maintaining organization and efficiency in project and maintenance tasks within a dynamic work environment.

Job Description

As an Internship Project Administrator Intern, you will engage in daily coordination of documentation and assist in various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Facilities team to ensure timely completion of maintenance and project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate documentation activities including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain and update maintenance trackers on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Assist the Facilities team in following up on work schedules and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and project tasks.
  • Support the team in preparing reports, updates, and basic analysis related to projects and facilities operations.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Projects and Facilities team.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of project and maintenance documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when required.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
