Job Description
In this dynamic internship, you will engage in daily brainstorming sessions and execute innovative marketing ideas that align with our objectives. You will manage and curate content for our social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and execute marketing ideas aligned with company goals.
- Manage and curate content for social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Create engaging content and videos that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including business development, design, and development.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
- Experiment with new strategies to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin is a plus).
A knack for creative thinking and innovation.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
