Job Description

As an intern at GogoKids, you will engage in various aspects of event planning and coordination, ensuring that all logistics are managed effectively. You will support marketing efforts and provide on-site assistance during events to guarantee successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish.
  • Manage logistics including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote events effectively.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event management.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
  • Monitor event budgets and assist in financial tracking.

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Passion for creating memorable experiences for children.
