Job Description
As an Internship Solution Engineer, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support related to security solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality cybersecurity services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for security solutions’ technical support.
- Execute and deliver security solutions to customers effectively.
- Provide deployment and documentation support for project-wide information security solutions.
- Conduct technical research to meet customer requirements.
- Contribute to building a security knowledge base within the organization.
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
- Assist in the development of information security practices and policies.
Job Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (must indicate CGPA in CV).
Strong communication skills in oral and written English.
Strong desire to develop skills in cybersecurity and learn new technologies.
Highly organized and self-motivated with good time management skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Pleasant personality and ability to work as a team player.
Candidate must be a Malaysian.
