Role Summary
The Internship Technology Management is responsible for supporting the transformation of the traditional ingredients trading business into an online B2B platform for sourcing nutraceutical ingredients. This role involves hands-on work in setting up and testing the platform while collaborating with the technical team to enhance its functionality.
Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include setting up product information and media on the B2B platform, as well as testing the platform's flow from both seller and buyer perspectives. You will work closely with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup of the online B2B platform with accurate product information.
- Test the platform's functionality as both a seller and a buyer.
- Coordinate with the technical team to identify and implement improvements.
- Assist in the integration of media content for product listings.
- Monitor user experience and provide feedback for enhancements.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Conduct research on industry trends to inform platform development.
Job Requirements
Must possess computer skills and knowledge in IT or computer science.
Experience in e-commerce is an added advantage.
Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an added advantage.
Knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
