Role Summary
The Internship Video Editor is responsible for supporting the Social Media Marketing & Video team in creating engaging video content. This role involves collaborating on video strategy, production, and editing to enhance the brand's visual identity.
Job Description
As an intern, you will engage in day-to-day tasks that include video strategy planning, moodboard preparation, and editing raw footage into polished videos. You will also assist in creating graphic design assets for both digital and print media, while staying updated with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop video strategies and concepts.
- Prepare moodboards and shooting boards for video projects.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into final video products.
- Create graphic design assets for digital and print media.
- Assist in pre-production tasks to ensure smooth video production.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in video editing.
- Support various video production, copywriting, and graphic design tasks.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Good graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
Creative thinking and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing content.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Prior experience or coursework in video editing, graphic design, multimedia production, or related fields is preferred.
A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing and graphic design is highly desirable.
