Job Description

The role involves maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions, conducting regular cycle counts, and assisting with full physical inventory audits. The individual will also identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies. Responsibilities include receiving incoming goods, verifying quantities, inspecting product quality, recording and updating Goods Received Notes and inventory systems, ensuring proper documentation for materials issued and returned, supporting order packing and preparation for delivery, maintaining inventory documents, assisting in documenting stock variance after audits, ensuring accurate entry of inventory transactions into the system, and supporting continuous improvements in inventory processes.

Job Requirements

SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar roles preferred.

Organized and disciplined.

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
