Job Description

In this position, you will engage with customers, assist them in selecting products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. You will work in a dynamic retail environment at Genting Highland, where teamwork and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell shoes and handbags to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin.

Willingness to work at Genting Highland.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-oriented mindset.

Previous retail experience is an advantage.
