Role Summary
The IT Engineer / Executive - Application Support is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the Casino, Hotel, and Theme Park environments. This role involves daily operational support and project management to enhance overall resort operations.
Job Description
In this role, you will study and support the IT systems that drive the Casino, Hotel, and Theme Park operations. You will work collaboratively within a team to implement IT projects and enforce policies that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study the operation of Casino, Hotel, and Theme Park IT systems.
- Perform daily operational support of IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members to form an effective and harmonious work environment.
- Manage IT projects and system implementations.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for IT processes.
- Enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Track vendor commitments and ensure fulfillment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2-3 years’ experience in supporting Enterprise Applications environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, pro-active, and resourceful.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willingness to work in a Casino environment.
Willing to be based at Resorts World Genting.
