Job Description
The IT Risk & Compliance Analyst will engage in daily activities that involve leading compliance assessments and coordinating audit activities within a dynamic technology environment. The role requires close monitoring of compliance with security policies and maintaining the IT risk register, ensuring that the organization adheres to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compliance assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls.
- Coordinate audit activities and collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update the IT risk register regularly.
- Provide guidance on security compliance requirements to stakeholders.
- Track and report on the remediation of audit findings.
- Conduct training sessions on compliance and risk management for staff.
Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or an educational equivalent.
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in information security, risk management, audit, and IT compliance.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF).
Proven analytical and critical-thinking skills.
