The IT Risk and Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of IT and security controls across TIME’s technology landscape. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance and security within the organization, impacting overall risk management and operational integrity.

The IT Risk & Compliance Analyst will engage in daily activities that involve leading compliance assessments and coordinating audit activities within a dynamic technology environment. The role requires close monitoring of compliance with security policies and maintaining the IT risk register, ensuring that the organization adheres to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls.
• Coordinate audit activities and collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update the IT risk register regularly.
• Provide guidance on security compliance requirements to stakeholders.
• Track and report on the remediation of audit findings.
• Conduct training sessions on compliance and risk management for staff.
