
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to end-users. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of IT operations and enhancing user experience within the organization.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, assisting users with their IT-related issues through various communication channels. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Fresh graduate or 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, server management, etc.) are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and common IT applications.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
