As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. You will assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment, maintain documentation of support activities, and collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems. Your role will also involve training users on new technologies and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
