The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment. This role involves maintaining company assets, collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues, and ensuring safe use of warehouse equipment. Technicians will also conduct research for new parts, prepare used parts for urgent needs, and perform onsite repairs as required. Effective communication with customers and adherence to health and safety standards are essential, along with the ability to manage time efficiently and maintain a clean working environment.
Minimum high school certification (SPM) or equivalent; SKM/Diploma holders encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 year of proven service experience; fresh graduates welcome.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
Basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay.
Must have own transport with a valid driving license (B2 or D).
Basic customer service skills are essential.
Good time management and attendance.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and co-workers.
