As an IT Support professional, you will provide both onsite and remote assistance to customers, ensuring their technology operates smoothly. Your responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, servers, and network devices, as well as performing system installations and migrations. You will also assist with VPN configurations and monitor customer support cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation updates.
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
Basic knowledge in Windows OS, Networking & TCP/IP
Experience with router, switch, and WiFi setup
Familiarity with remote desktop and support tools
Willingness to travel for onsite support
At least two (2) years of relevant working experience
Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsible, responsive, and eager to learn
