
The Admin Assistant will support daily operations, manage documents for Sales Orders, and provide administrative assistance while ensuring confidentiality. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out daily operations and administrative duties, coordinating and preparing documents for Sales Order processing, and providing general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly. You will maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and perform additional tasks as assigned by management. The role requires self-motivation, responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, all while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field
Preferred with min. 1 year experience in relevant field, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Proficiency with computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu; conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage
Pleasant personality and responsible
Problem-solving & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Self-confident, ability to work independently with minimum supervision
