Job Description

The IT Support role involves daily monitoring and operational support for backup solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing customer requests via calls or emails. Responsibilities include preparing regular backup status reports, documenting solutions, and performing on-site health checks while adhering to service level agreements.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an advantage

Good interpersonal skills and able to prioritize in a dynamic work environment

Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Virtualization, Cloud Backup, Linux, TCP/IP, and Firewall is a plus

Experience in a 24/7 operational environment and willingness to work shifts

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer
