The Business Development Specialist will focus on achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales activities. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and preparing competitive proposals. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential, along with conducting presentations and ensuring customer needs are met. The specialist will also be responsible for meeting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Willingness to work in Subang Jaya.
Experience in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
Knowledge of IT & IT related products is an advantage.
Team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
Strong public speaking skills for presentations.
Own transport and willingness to travel.
