As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support to both clients and internal staff, addressing and resolving issues related to IT and operational technology. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will also assist in the implementation of new technologies and provide training to users as needed. Your proactive approach will help maintain a smooth operational flow and enhance user satisfaction, making you a vital part of our technical team.
Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT or relevant fields
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
