The IT Technical Project Manager at Tapway plays a key role in overseeing various projects related to AI Vision and Big Data solutions. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, client interactions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope and resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure project success.
- Oversee documentation and risk management processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver solutions within tight timelines.
- Handle Level 1 support tickets using platforms like Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Basic knowledge of computer networking and operating systems.
Experience in project management and technical support fields is a plus.
Basic software or programming knowledge and network configuration skills such as SQL, IP Networking, or Linux Operating System.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must have own transport to travel to client's sites.
Strong leadership qualities and a willingness to learn.
