Role Summary
The Senior Project Finance Controller is responsible for managing client finances throughout the engagement lifecycle. This role is integral to the Southeast Asia Client Finance team in Malaysia, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with finance policies and local tax requirements.
Job Description
In this role, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of client finances, collaborating closely with client service teams to monitor revenue and expenses. You will also support billing processes and guide teams through contract terms and exception approvals.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure financial health.

- Provide variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
5+ years’ experience in finance and/or accounting.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
