Job Description
As a Junior Digital Designer (UI/UX), you will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with account managers, campaign optimisers, and copywriters to produce engaging landing pages and social media creatives. Your focus will be on user behavior and visual hierarchy to ensure designs capture attention and drive results.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to understand client objectives and design requirements. - Create visually appealing landing pages that enhance user experience. - Design social media banners and videos that align with campaign goals. - Utilize Adobe Design Suite to produce high-quality graphics. - Implement HTML/CSS in web design projects. - Work with WordPress CMS and page builders like Visual Composer and Elementor. - Analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Have 1-2 years experience in Web Design and Social Media Banner Creation.
Have technical knowledge in Adobe Design Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Capcut etc.
Have knowledge of HTML / CSS.
Have knowledge of WordPress CMS / Visual Composer / Elementor.
Ability to consider user experience and navigation flow in designs (UI & UX).
