
The Quantity Surveyor (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction and renovation projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in the daily management of project costs and documentation, collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in preparing cost estimates and tender documents
Proficient communication skills in Mandarin
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of measurement software and project management
Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
