As an Admin Cum Account Assistant, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, which includes processing supplier invoices, handling payments, and overseeing customer billing. Your role will ensure accurate financial records and timely transactions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department. You will also assist in administrative tasks, maintaining organized documentation and supporting the team in various accounting functions. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in this position.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
Proficient in handling accounts payable and receivable
Familiarity with invoicing and billing processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
