Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to analyze sales reports and inventory data
Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions
Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
